Mr. Jaworski's career began with six years as an exploration geologist, working on properties in Canada, Russia, and Costa Rica, including involvement in the early stages of the Coffee Creek gold discovery in the Yukon. He then transitioned to a 12-year tenure as a mining analyst at J & E Davy and Raymond James Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geology from the University of British Columbia.
Jeannine Webb, Chief Financial Officer, is a Vancouver-based Chartered Professional Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the resource sector. She has a strong track record of serving as CFO for various mineral exploration companies, and currently holds this role at Northern Superior Resources Inc. and Abacus Mining & Exploration Corporation. Before these roles, Jeannine provided comprehensive financial, corporate, and geological management services to numerous private and public exploration companies through her involvement with Badger & Co. Management Corp.
David Furlong is our Chief Operating Officer, a role in which he leverages over 22 years of industry experience as a geologist. A founding Director of GERL since August 2013, Mr. Furlong also served as a director of the Company from its incorporation until October 2017. He brings specialized expertise in designing, implementing, and managing mineral exploration programs. Before his current role, he spent seven years (2007 to 2014) as General Manager, Projects for Rathdowney Resources Ltd. Mr. Furlong holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Exploration and Mining Geology from the University of Wales and is a P.Geo. designated by the Institute of Geologists of Ireland.
