Selkirk Copper Mines Inc. (TSXV: SCMI | OTCQB: SKRKF) is a Fiore Group–backed copper company focused on restarting the past-producing Minto Mine, a high-grade copper–gold–silver operation in Canada’s Yukon Territory.
The Minto Mine sits within the Minto–Carmacks copper belt, where Selkirk controls roughly 26,850 hectares of mineral claims along with significant existing mining infrastructure. The asset was acquired out of bankruptcy by the Selkirk First Nation and is being vended into Selkirk Copper with the previous gold–silver stream and concentrate offtake extinguished, leaving only a 1.5% NSR royalty payable to SFN. A July 2025 NI 43-101 update grew inferred copper resources by 48%, and the company is targeting a 2–3 year restart.
