Das Klaza-Grundstück gehört zu 100% der Rockhaven Resources Ltd. und umfasst eine Fläche von 25.000 Hektar, 50 km westlich von Carmacks. Es befindet sich günstig im südlichen Teil des Dawson Range Gold Belt im Yukon, einer wenig erforschten Gegend, die eine historische Goldmine, reiche Goldablagerungen und wichtige Infrastruktureinrichtungen wie Straßenzugang beherbergt. Das Klaza-Grundstück ist über eine zweiradangetriebene Straße von der Klondike Highway aus erreichbar. Rockhavens bisherige Exploration umfasst über 100.000 m Diamantbohrungen, 24.500 m Baggergrabungen, luft- und bodenmagnetische, radiometrische und VLF-EM-Vermessungen sowie umfangreiche Bodengeochemie. Die Bohrungen auf dem Klaza-Grundstück haben 12 Hauptmineralisierungszonen und zahlreiche Nebenstrukturen identifiziert, die eine kumulative mineralisierte Streichlänge von mehr als 10 km haben. Die Zonen befinden sich in einem 1,8 km breiten strukturellen Korridor aus mittelkretazischen Granitgesteinen. Die einzelnen Zonen haben eine Breite von 1 bis 75 m und bestehen aus Quarz-Sulfid-Adern, Brekzien und Bruchnetzwerken, die räumlich mit unvererzten Quarz-Feldspat-Porphyr-Dykes assoziiert sind. Sie zeigen eine außergewöhnliche seitliche und abwärtsgerichtete Kontinuität, und alle Zonen sind über den Streichen und in die Tiefe hinaus offen. Die mineralisierten strukturellen Zonen korrelieren gut mit intensiven magnetischen Tiefpunkten und VLF-EM-Leitern, die oft von anomalen Gold-, Silber-, Blei-, Zink- und Arsenböden begleitet werden. Die Nachverfolgung einiger der geophysikalischen und bodengeochemischen Anomalien führt weiterhin zu neuen Entdeckungen. Eine aktualisierte PEA wurde im Juli 2020 abgeschlossen und hat das ausgezeichnete wirtschaftliche Potenzial des Klaza-Projekts nachgewiesen. Bei einem Basisfall-Goldpreis von 1.450 USD/oz Gold hat das Klaza-Projekt einen Post-Tax NPV(5%) von 378 Millionen US-Dollar und einen IRR von 37%. Bei aktuellen Preisen (1.740 USD) hat das Projekt einen außergewöhnlichen Wert von post-tax NPV(5%) von 540 Millionen US-Dollar und einen IRR von 49%.
